What code? When I click edit all I see are the images.

Hmm, you're right. Those directions date from when before PBworks changed their hosted wiki's (including WikiFOIA) into WYSIWYG format, rather than continuing to allow HTML editing. If I can retrieve the code I'll put it in a comment here.

OK, found it. If you click "source" from the edit screen you can find the correct html coding for the images.
