This is all great but SC does not have an agency to enforce their FOI Law. The State attorney General's Office told me they only defend public officials. Investigation is not their thing. Anyone out there have any suggestions other than hiring a lawyer? helfjohn1@att.net

The South Carolina Policy Council might be a good source of suggestions - they file lots of FOIA requests. Some info about then available here: http://sunshinereview.org/index.php/South_Carolina_Policy_Council
